Help with reflections, local data, subscriptions, and the Evenkeep website.

Using the mobile app

On Today, choose Begin reflection, put the thought into words, select Act, Accept, or Release, and finish the reflection. Saved reflections appear in Journal. The core app does not require an Evenkeep account.

If a draft or saved reflection does not appear as expected, close and reopen the app before changing or reinstalling anything. Reflections are stored locally on the device and are not recoverable from an Evenkeep cloud account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Evenkeep Plus adds 30- and 90-day reviews. Purchases are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. If paid access is missing, confirm that the device uses the same store account that made the purchase, then open Evenkeep Plus and choose Restore purchases. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription.

Exporting or deleting local data

Use Settings to export a copy of your reflections or delete all local app data. Exported files and device backups remain under your control and are not deleted by the in-app deletion action.

Using the website reflection

Start at Try a reflection. The website demonstration keeps text only in the open page’s memory. Clear, reload, or close the page to reset it.

For help with Evenkeep, email [email protected]. Evenkeep is operated by Aurora Technologies LLC. Include your device type and a description of the problem; you do not need to include your private reflection text.

Evenkeep is a general-wellness reflection tool. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis response, or medical advice. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location.
